Haus von Spinn is located in Goldrain, a district of Latsch in Vinschgau, at 650 meters above sea level in a quiet and sunny position. Around our house there are beautiful orchards and you have direct access to Martell Valley and the Stelvio National Park, ideal for hiking, nature and outdoors lovers.
We offer our guests friendly and warm apartments of various sizes with living room, kitchenette with refrigerator and electric stove, bedroom, balcony, bathroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone and safe.
We are located only 25 km far from the spa town of Meran and 55 km far from the famous lake Reschensee. In the vicinity of our house you can admire castles and churches, chapels, monuments and historic buildings of South Tyrol. Very nice is the apple blossom in spring or harvest of apples in autumn, when you can enjoy roasted chestnuts and new wine in the cellars of the area.
We are a partner of Tarscher Alm and AquaForum swimming pool in Latsch. The VinschgauCard is also inclusive for our guests.
