Evi Apartment

Our family-run apartment house Evi Apartment is located in Kuens at the entrance of the Passeiertal valley, only 4 kilometres from the spa town of Meran. The well-kept garden with pool and sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and to enjoy the wonderful view. Our little guests are delighted with plenty of space to play around, the playground with sandpit, swing and natural stone game, as well as our sweet rabbits, chicken and an exciting barefoot path. What our guests particularly appreciate: the covered parking area for bicycles and the charging station for e-bikes, as well as the free South Tyrol Guest Pass for unlimited use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol and the hiking buses in the Passeiertal valley. 

We offer our guests 4 cosy and bright holiday flats, which are modern yet traditionally furnished with lots of wood. They all have a fully equipped kitchen living with dishwasher (including tabs), filter coffee machine and espresso maker, a comfortable dining table, satellite TV, WLAN, a safe and a sofa. Towels and dish towels as well as bed linen are available free of charge. Our “highlight flats” are: Apartment No. 4 with the large, cosy corner couch for lounging and Apartment No. 1 with its own terrace, south-facing balcony and large sunbathing lawn. The bathrooms are spacious with shower, WC and comfortable storage places.

If you want to explore the surroundings of Kuens, our holiday flats are an excellent starting point. You can also give your car a break and set off straight away. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. You will also find a bus stop nearby. From hiking in the Passeiertal valley to shopping trips or a visit to the thermal baths in the spa town of Meran: Thanks to the convenient location of Evi Apartment, there are no limits to your holiday activities.
