NICE LIVING welcomes you in the heart of the old town of Brixen: Our modern and cosy holiday flats are optimal accommodation for relaxed and flexible holidays. Look forward to a variety of cultural and natural experience in the nearby surroundings!

We have two categories of flats for our guests: “NICE view” with a view of the cheerful hustle and bustle of the city and “NICE breeze” with a sunny south-facing balcony. All flats are furnished for 2-4 guests and offer free Wi-Fi. They have 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer, a kitchen-living room with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker, coffee machine with tabs, kettle, microwave, pull-out sofa and satellite TV

The lively streets of the historic centre of Brixen await you right outside the front door: Here you will find cafés and bars for a relaxing breakfast or apéritif, as well as restaurants and shops where you can get to know local specialities and quality products. Cultural treasures and architectural highlights can be discovered in museums, during city tours and walks. Just outside the town centre, numerous routes for cycling and hiking tours await active holidaymakers. The ski slopes on Brixen’s local mountain, the Plose, delight winter sport enthusiasts.

In addition, all our guests receive the BrixenCard for free: It offers exclusive benefits such as free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol or free admission to around 80 museums and also to the pool area of the Acquarena wellness spa.
