Welcome to the Residence Hochwart in Naturns near Meran!

The Residence Hochwart is located in Tschirland, only 1 km southwest of Naturns, at the foot of the mountain Nördersberg at 570 m above sea level. The holiday flats are in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and orchards. If you are looking for a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday, but which also offers many leisure activities too, then our Residence Hochwart is just the right place for you.

We welcome you in modern, light-flooded apartments, consisting of bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The flats are allergy-friendly, built and furnished with natural materials. The roof truss is made of spruce wood which comes from the Sarntal region and the bedrooms of fragrant Swiss stone pine wood from the Schnals Valley. The beneficial properties of Swiss stone pine have a positive effect on the quality of sleep, lower the heart rate and increase the physical well-being.

Our holiday flats have all the amenities you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room, you can sit together comfortably at the table in the evening or watch TV on our double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and make-up mirror. The large balconies and terraces invite you to admire the surrounding mountain panorama, or simply close your eyes on a lounger and breathe in the fresh mountain air deeply.

On request, we serve a delicious breakfast in our traditional room, the Zirmstübchen, with regional products, homemade jams, fruit and vegetables from our own cultivation, various sausages and cheese. You can relax in the library or in our large garden with swimming pool and a sunny lawn. If you want to test your barbecue skills, our barbecue area with a wooden garden house and a small kitchen are at your disposal.

If you are sporty and like to be in the mountains and nature, then you will love the numerous hikes, bike tours and walking trails around Naturns and in the Texelgruppe Nature Park. But also, the market town itself and the nearby spa town of Meran have a lot to offer. In addition, our guests have free admission to the indoor and outdoor pools of the Therme Naturno.
