L'artisanat dans le Tyrol du Sud
L'artisanat traditionnel perdure dans le Tyrol du Sud. C'est surtout dans les vallées qui étaient difficilement accessibles autrefois que les savoir-faire se sont transmis de génération en génération et ont ainsi été préservés. Souvent, l'artisanat n'aidait pas seulement à chasser l'ennui des longues soirées d'hiver, mais aussi à survivre.
À notre époque où tout va très vite, on apprécie de nouveau les objets fabriqués avec amour et patience par des mains habiles. Sculptées dans du bois ou tournées, feutrées ou tissées avec de la laine de mouton, faites de dentelles de fil de lin ou brodées avec une plume d'oie : Dans tout le Tyrol du Sud, de la Valle Aurina Link à la vallée de Sarentino, de Val Gardena à Passeier, on fabrique des objets uniques selon une tradition éprouvée et avec de nouvelles idées.
Ainsi, des pièces artisanales uniques sont fabriquées par des paysans et des paysannes sous la marque ombrelle Roter Hahn . Le Coq rouge rend le mode de vie paysan perceptible de différentes manières et propose, en plus des vacances à la ferme et des plaisirs de la ferme (débits de boissons paysans et produits de qualité), de l 'artisanat paysan. Les pièces fabriquées directement à la ferme, à partir de matériaux naturels du Tyrol du Sud, procurent un plaisir durable.
