Le parc naturel Rieserferner-Ahrn, avec ses imposants sommets de plus de 3 000 mètres comme le Hochgall (3 436 m) et le Wildgall (3 436 m), offre une grande variété de randonnées en montagne - de la randonnée exigeante au sommet pour les alpinistes expérimentés à la randonnée tranquille dans un refuge pour toute la famille.
Le charmant lac d'Antholzer constitue un joyau naturel particulier tout au bout de la vallée : il existe un sentier circulaire autour du lac avec un sentier didactique sur la nature, et en hiver, le lac peut être traversé par les skieurs de fond et les randonneurs hivernaux si la couche de glace est suffisamment épaisse.
Anterselva est également idéal pour des vacances à vélo: de la piste cyclable familiale à travers la vallée d'Anterselva à l'aire de VTT d'Anterselva Niedertal, en passant par le circuit difficile du Rieserferner, il existe des tours et des pistes de différents niveaux de difficulté.
